Job summary

Knoll/MillerKnoll is seeking an Operations Work Team Leader on first shift seating to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead a front-line team of associates, leads, and maintenance. You will plan using the daily production schedule, assign duties, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and quality across the seating department.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree desired.
• Three to five years of manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a production assembly operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for the Seating department.
• Plan and lead daily activities using the Production Schedule.
• Drive kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time production to customer specs.
• Train and evaluate employees; support hiring and performance management.
• Maintain relationships across departments and ensure policy adherence.
