Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree desired.
• Three to five years of manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a production assembly operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations for seating department.
• Plan and manage daily activities using the production schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.
• Develop and coach team members; participate in kaizen events.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and lean practices.
