MillerKnoll is seeking an Operations Work Team Leader for the Seating department on first shift to manage daily manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of manufacturing associates, coordinate with Leads and Maintenance, and drive safety, quality, and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing knowledge & implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001/9001 required.
• Industry experience in manufacturing supervision preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Lead and participate in kaizen events and problem solving to implement improvements.
• Utilize the Daily Production Schedule to plan and direct manufacturing activities.
• Train and evaluate employees; assist in hiring and performance management.
• Maintain relationships across departments to ensure on-time shipments.
