Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience leading complete seat engineering, seat system integration, or a related automotive seating function.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across engineering, program teams, and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Lead seat complete engineering and integration for assigned vehicle programs from concept through launch.
• Guide engineering decisions on seat structures, mechanisms, components, and interfaces to ensure integrated system delivery.
• Develop and communicate technical direction, validation strategies, and launch readiness across teams and suppliers.
