McCormick & Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Seasonings to lead the seasoning portfolio within Flavor Solutions. The role blends technical product development with business strategy, market insight, and financial analysis, guiding marketing plans and customer opportunities to drive growth.

The position reports to the Marketing Director and offers a hybrid work model in Geneva, IL or Hunt Valley, MD, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Culinary, and Insights

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business/Finance/Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in product management/marketing or closely related field.
• Knowledge of flavor industry and competitive landscape for seasonings and flavor providers.
• Strong financial and business acumen with cross‑functional leadership.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the annual strategy for the seasonings business within McCormick Flavor Solutions.
• Help establish strategic vision for the seasoning portfolio and drive commercialization.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technical, Culinary, and Insights teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Provide technical, commercial, and financial input for annual product line reviews and plans.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, materials, and selling stories for Sales enablement.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive pricing strategy, portfolio performance, and growth.
