McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Health & Nutrition on the NA Flavor Solutions team. The role is based in Geneva, IL with a hybrid work arrangement and reports to a Senior Product Manager.

The position focuses on planning, directing, executing and analyzing customer marketing programs for assigned brands, translating strategy into customer initiatives for 1–2 year planning periods, and leading major activation events and sponsorships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Min 2 years in CPG, Food, Beverage or Supplements industries; Hospitality; or related field.
• Experience with project leadership, strategic thinking, communication, teamwork, using syndicated databases, event planning, and talking through PowerPoint presentations.
• Affinity for Health & Wellness space.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce.com experience required.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and industry; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and external partners.
• Ability to manage detailed projects to tight timelines.
• Strong verbal, written and design communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of business, market, and customer impact.

Aufgaben

• Creates and executes customer marketing plans to build customer relationships and grow flavor business.
• Develop annual customer marketing plans for assigned brands and present to leadership; execute cross-functionally.
• Measure and report key performance indicators.
• Develop compelling customer communications linking market data to solutions and generate sales growth.
• Leads projects across commercial, marketing and sales; coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Provides tactical coordination with cross functional teams and external partners.
• Ensures alignment of tactics with volume and profit growth objectives.
• Responsible for customer marketing and promotions management including major events and sponsorships.
