Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Franklin, WI is seeking a Seasoning Operator to ensure precise seasoning and a steady flow of product to packaging lines. You will uphold quality, food safety, and equipment performance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will follow GMPs and SOPs, monitor seasoning processes, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to support efficient production and product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of production experience.
• Ability to follow GMPs/SOPs and safety rules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety requirements and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning systems and inventory.
• Monitor seasoning application and adjust to meet quality specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor maintenance.
• Assemble/disassemble and change over seasoning line equipment.
• Complete documentation for seasoning processes and production activities.
• Retrieve ingredients from warehouse to support production.
• Operate case erectors and related production equipment.
• Calibrate load cells and sensors; conduct seasoning drop tests.
• Communicate with Production, Packaging, QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and R&D as needed.
