Shearer's Foods in Moraine, OH is inviting applications for a Food Processing Machine Operator (Seasoner). The role runs 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, with days Mon-Thu and an hourly rate of $22.50 (night shift +$2).

You will operate industrial equipment, follow precise recipes, monitor processing variables, and perform quality tests. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food manufacturing, familiarity with GMPs and QA practices, and the ability to lift up to 85+ pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in food manufacturing machine operation.
• Food safety handling, GMP compliance and QA knowledge a plus.
• Attendance and safety mindset required; reliability is essential.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 85+ pounds.

• Set up and operate industrial food equipment per recipes and procedures.
