Shearer’s Foods, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Food Processing Machine Operator (Seasoner) to set up and operate industrial equipment on 12-hour shifts, either 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am.

The role requires following precise recipes, monitoring processing variables and performing quality tests, while coordinating with QA and management as needed.

Applicants should be able to work around allergens, chemicals and high temperatures, with a starting pay of $22.50 per hour plus a night shift premium.

Qualificações

• 1-2 Years experience in food manufacturing machine operating and troubleshooting preferred.
• Food Safety Handling, GMP Compliance and Quality Assurance knowledge skills and abilities a plus

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate industrial food equipment, follow recipes and procedures.
• Monitor and adjust processing variables; perform product quality tests and data collection.
