You will work with multiple departments to maintain lifts, runs, and groomed areas, ensuring safety and operational efficiency across the mountain. The role requires 3+ seasons of snowcat experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work Swing or Graveyard shifts (4pm–12am or 12am–9am). Mt.

• 3+ seasons of experience operating snowcats.
• Ability to perform daily machine checks and fluids top-off.
• Able to work Swing &/or Graveyard shifts (4pm-12am; 12am-9am).
• Proficient in using snow grooming equipment and understanding safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in daily machine checks and topping off fluids.
• Operate all machine types (Pistenbully or Prinoth).
• Attach and remove blade and tiller from snow cat.
• Monitor weather and make safety calls to supervisor.
• Open runs and ensure safety and quality of groomed surfaces.
• Maintain roads and lift loading areas; perform dozing/grading tasks.
• Communicate with leads, mechanics, and other departments.
