Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to learn and operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to work at night in variable weather conditions.
• CDL is a plus.
• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear parking lots and roadways of snow.
• Clear snow from maintenance areas.
• Clean ice and snow from equipment and perform inspections each shift.
• Build and repair tire chains for equipment.
• Haul snow for daytime operations as needed.
• Clear snow off some roofs with equipment.
• Fill potholes in lots and roads as needed.
