As a server, you will greet guests, know the menu thoroughly, make confident recommendations, and ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience required.
• Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and featured items.
• Confidently make recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS and deliver items efficiently.
• Monitor tables proactively and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate.
• Follow all cash handling, alcohol service, and safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned sections.
• Support teammates and assist during peak service periods.
