Job summary

Larkin’s Restaurants is seeking friendly, attentive Servers who genuinely enjoy creating memorable dining experiences. Our Servers are ambassadors of our brand, combining warm hospitality, strong product knowledge, and efficient service to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

As a Server, you will welcome guests, guide them through menus, take orders with our Toast POS, deliver dishes, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service.
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menus.
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages according to service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout the experience.
• Recommend beverages, pairings, desserts, and featured items.
• Process payments accurately.
• Support teammates with food running, table maintenance, and side work.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
