Job summary

Larkin’s Restaurants is seeking experienced servers to deliver warm, intuitive, and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment. Prior experience is essential, with emphasis on strong communication and attention to detail to anticipate guest needs.

As a server, you will greet guests, know the menu thoroughly, make confident recommendations, and ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience required.
• Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Servers at Larkin’s Restaurants are experienced hospitality professionals responsible for delivering warm, intuitive, and memorable guest experiences. This role requires proven restaurant service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced environment while upholding our N.I.C.E. values.

This position is not entry level. Entry-level candidates should apply for Host or Server’s Assistant roles.

Pay & Classification

• Hourly, tip-eligible position
• Servers are compensated at a standard hourly rate, regardless of prior experience
• Tips are earned based on guest service and performance
