Fisher’s Delicatessen in Las Vegas is a New York‑style deli with a 33‑year legacy seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations and guest experiences.

Lead FOH and occasional BOH, manage a diverse team, control costs, uphold quality and safety, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service with integrity and enthusiasm. The role favors a hands‑on leader who welcomes guests and values early closes (8 PM) and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of NY-style delis is a plus.
• Experience with reservation systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant operations for smooth service and high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Team Management and Development: Hire, train, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team.
• Guest Experience & Relations: Ensure exceptional service and address guest feedback promptly.
• Inventory and Cost Control: Manage stock and orders to control costs and ensure quality.
• Financial Management: Assist GM and owners in meeting financial objectives and budget goals.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
