Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide efficient and friendly service to customers at all times.
• Skilled in accurately recording and settling guest orders and ensuring compliance with all financial transaction policies.
• Experience working in a restaurant or deli; serving or barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional deli service that ensures guest satisfaction; address needs with urgency.
• Warmly greet guests and engage with a positive demeanor.
• Use problem-solving to handle guest concerns and provide solutions.
• Answer questions about menu, deli counter offerings, and promotions.
• Promote experiences and sales through promotional strategies.
• Follow health and safety regulations and allergy protocols; maintain sanitation.
• Operate Toast POS and payment terminals.
• Collaborate with team and follow Employee Handbook policies.
