Job summary

Qualifications

• Prep cook training and food handling certificate required.
• Experience as prep/line cook in high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and cook food items to recipe specifications.
• Set up prep station and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Stock station with prescribed supplies and sanitize work areas.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and kitchen staff.
• Work as part of a team and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Follow FIFO and sanitation standards.
