Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an Experienced Loader Operator for our AR Springdale operation. You will operate heavy equipment safely on quarry and construction tasks, follow OSHA/MSHA standards, and report issues promptly.

The role includes routine maintenance, training of teammates, and general labor duties. We offer comprehensive benefits and a pathway for advancement, with pay ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience and/or training in heavy equipment operation.
• Pre-employment physical, drug screening and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for a safe environment.
• Report equipment or operational issues to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Perform daily tasks as directed and complete pre/post-operation inspections.
• Assist in mentoring less-experienced team members and provide general labor support.
