Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Quarry Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field operations. You will work with heavy and light equipment, perform pre-op checks, and help maintain safe quarry access while meeting production goals. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

You must pass pre-employment screenings and be comfortable outdoors in varied weather. Prior heavy equipment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy and light mobile equipment as trained, maintaining quarry access points.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine servicing of equipment.
• Conduct site cleanup and keep work platforms clear and safe.
• Safely run and monitor the crushing plant as required.
• Assist with plant repairs and maintenance, including basic welding and fitting.
