The role requires prior kitchen experience, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Certification in ServeSafe or Food Handler is preferred or willingness to attain it.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a restaurant cook preferred.
• ServeSafe certification or willingness to attain it.
• Effective communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe handling practices.
• Ensure freshness by checking quality and rotating stock.
• Store and cook food at correct temperatures in ovens, grills, and roasters.
• Season and cook food according to recipes or judgment.
• Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
