Spirit Mountain Casino is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You will read menus, estimate ingredients, and prepare a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, gravies, and desserts, using ovens, broilers, and fryers.

You will ensure proper cooking temperatures, portioning, plating, and garnishes while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. The role requires at least 18 years of age, a preferred one year of cooking experience (or equivalent), and a current Oregon Food

Qualifications

• One year cooking experience preferred or equivalent education/training.
• Oregon Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Vaccination documentation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Read menus and estimate ingredients and orders.
• Prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces, casseroles and other items.
• Cook meats, fish, vegetables using various methods.
• Carve, portion, and plate foods with garnishes.
