Job summary

Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, OR seeks a Cook to prepare a variety of soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts for all casino food outlets. You will read menus, estimate needs, and ensure proper temperatures and plating to meet quality standards.

The role requires preserving food safety, HACCP compliance and effective teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment, reporting to the Sous Chef. A minimum of one year cooking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
