Job summary

Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT invites experienced HVAC professionals to join our instructor team. No formal education background required—just real-world expertise and the ability to mentor students, apprentices, and colleagues.

You'll teach hands-on skills in a climate-controlled facility, using our Blended Learning Model, and help students move from beginner to employed technicians, while enjoying a stable schedule and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC field experience.
• S1 or S2 CT license.
• EPA 608 certification (required within first 3 months).
• OSHA 30 certification (required within first 3 months).
• Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery License.
• High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in HVAC Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using Blended Learning Model.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently.
• Teach students about safety and compliance.
