Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Columbia, MD is seeking an HVAC Instructor to teach both classroom theory and hands-on refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, installation, service and repair. You will prepare students for EPA certification and industry careers, drawing on years of field experience to pass knowledge on.

You will conduct hands-on training in a fully equipped facility, monitor student progress, and collaborate with faculty to improve the program, while supporting students toward successful

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC technician (Commercial or Industrial).
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and show others how to do it.
• EPA certification preferred.
