Qualifications

• 3+ years' HVAC Technician experience in the HVAC field.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future HVAC professionals.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies classes following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions in a fully equipped facility.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices to provide up-to-date training.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC technology.
