Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience is required.
• EPA 608 and OSHA 30 certifications must be obtained within the first 3 months.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on training in HVAC Technology.
• Facilitate Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and mentor student growth and professionalism.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress.
• Teach safety and compliance.
• Maintain a professional classroom environment.
• Complete the Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program.
• Prepare students for successful careers in HVAC.
