Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Litigation.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Prior experience in insurance defense and/or litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from case inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and supervise delegated projects.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports.
• Attend court proceedings and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements.
