Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Litigation.
Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Prior experience in insurance defense and/or litigation.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload from case inception through trial.
Conduct legal research and supervise delegated projects.
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports.
Attend court proceedings and mediations.
Negotiate settlements.
