Qualifications
2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Training will be provided for attorneys new to Workers’ Compensation defense.
Responsibilities
Reviewing and summarizing medical records.
Preparing motions and covering hearings.
Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions.
Drafting discovery and responding to discovery.
Drafting and responding to discovery-related motions.
Regular court appearances.
Taking and defending depositions.
Skills
