Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Training will be provided for attorneys new to Workers’ Compensation defense.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and summarizing medical records.
• Preparing motions and covering hearings.
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions.
• Drafting discovery and responding to discovery.
• Drafting and responding to discovery-related motions.
• Regular court appearances.
• Taking and defending depositions.
