- Prior insurance defense and/or workers’ compensation litigation experience
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload from inception through trial/resolution
- Conduct legal research and supervise research projects assigned to paralegals
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
- Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Negotiate settlements
- Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality work product
