• Regulates oven, broiler, grill, and other equipment temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Carves meats and portions foods onto serving plates with garnishes.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards per health regulations; uses PPE as required.
• Reports safety concerns promptly and maintains equipment and work area cleanliness.
