Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Manning's Cook III to prepare and produce menu items to recipe standards in a fast-paced on-site kitchen. Assists Chef on duty, sets up food outlets, and maintains clean, sanitary stations.

All cooks collaborate to handle rushes and uphold standards. You will be responsible for preparing items across multiple stations, following recipe specifications, and ensuring proper food handling and storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years experience as a Cook and Pantry.
• Must be able to work multiple stations proficiently and pass tests.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soups, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, breakfast items and desserts.
• Ensures each order matches recipe specifications.
• Controls food production: cooking methods, times and temperatures; sanitation.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Works with team during rush periods.
