Job summary

Locallygrownak on Spenard Roadhouse is seeking a bartender for full-time and part-time availability to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will prepare drinks, take orders, and keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked while ensuring compliance with ABC regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and solid English communication, math, and POS skills. Must be 21+ with a Food Worker card and TAP card in hand.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to communicate in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Valid Food Worker card and TAP card on file.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise of bar menu and preparation methods.
• Make intelligent drink recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure drinks follow recipes and are garnished correctly.
• Maintain a tidy, organized bar and comply with ABC regulations.
