Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartender experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide top-notch service from greeting to closing.
• Stock and prep bar station before shifts; assist dining team when possible.
• Mix and serve drinks quickly and accurately following procedures.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure guests see menus and daily specials; upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restock bar items to par levels.
• Support teammates during busy periods; help with bussing and running food.
• Contribute to off-site or special event setups with Bar Manager.
• Report safety or maintenance issues promptly.
• Secure bar assets and adhere to health code guidelines.
