Job summary

Auberge Jerome Aspen is seeking a Bartender to join our luxury hospitality team in Aspen. You will craft beverages, engage guests, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience at our historic and celebrated property.

Requirements include at least one year in foodservice/hospitality as a Bartender, strong knowledge of spirits and wines, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training and standards align with Auberge Collection across premium outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in foodservice/hospitality as Bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer and wine; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation and service.
• Engage with guests to determine needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Know menu drinks to aid guest choices.
• Comply with standards within Bar and Restaurant outlets.
• Contribute to improving F&B sales by knowledge of drinks, cocktails, specials and prices.
• Input orders into the Micros system accurately and timely.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments.
• Maintain and clean all bar equipment and keep bar well stocked.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
