Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Bartender to mix and serve beverages, ensure bar security, and support set‑up and breakdown with a guest‑facing, service‑driven approach.

The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and requires knowledge of wine, cocktails, and liquor laws, plus a TIPs certification and 6–12 months of related experience. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to work outdoors at high elevation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• TIPS trained.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer guests recommendations of drinks to complement certain food items.
• Know all menu item origins, preparations, and ingredients to make recommendations.
• Mix drinks and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Complete beverage and general supply requisitions.
• Ensure guests satisfaction and inform management of guest’s comments and complaints.
• Monitor guests who are over intoxicated and communicate sightings to management.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management.
• Reset area, clean all indoor and outdoor areas and perform side duties assigned by the Manager.
• Assist in organization of kitchen items and proper rotation of F&B deliveries.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as needed.
• Enforce and comply with policies for the F&B department.
• Other duties as assigned.
