Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws and regulations.
• Participate in shift planning and coverage as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar software
