Job summary

Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club is seeking energetic bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, passionate about mixology, and able to operate in a private club setting serving members and guests.

Responsibilities include confirming legal drinking age, taking and preparing drink orders, maintaining a clean bar and stock levels, and upholding food safety and high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Previous experience as a bartender is a must
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes and mixology trends
• Knowledge in fine dining etiquette and service standards
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members and guests
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Take drink orders / make drink orders
• Keep bar area clean and inviting
• Maintain and restock bar inventory
• Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar
