Job summary

Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club is seeking bartenders to join the team. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented and passionate about mixology. Hiring is dependent on a background check.

Responsibilities include confirming legal drinking age, taking drink orders, keeping the bar clean and stocked, and handling opening/closing duties. Previous bartender experience is required and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Previous experience as a bartender is a must.
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes and mixology trends.
• Knowledge in fine dining etiquette and service standards.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members and guests.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Take drink orders / make drink orders.
• Keep bar area clean and inviting.
• Maintain and restock bar inventory.
• Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar.
