Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) seeks seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments in professionally managed communities.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, guiding applicants through leasing steps, processing lease documents, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining accurate leasing records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required).
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits of the community.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
