Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate tram and train according to safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-opening and closing safety walks and inspections.
• Monitor and inspect tram and train for safety.
• Administer consistent admission policies and ride safety standards.
• Clearly communicate ride safety instructions.
• Load and unload passengers in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain order and provide direction during emergencies.
• Provide customer service to guests and assist with questions.
• Enforce safety regulations and stay current with procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
