Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking guest-first, hospitality-focused Tram drivers who can confidently and professionally respond to a wide variety of situations to ensure guest satisfaction and conduct safe and enjoyable tram rides for Zoo guests while providing excellent customer service. Tram Drivers play a critical role in shaping first and lasting impressions by greeting visitors, answering routine questions, delivering engaging information about Zoo exhibits and animals, attractions, conservation initiatives, and more. This position reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor team and works collaboratively to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for every guest.
