Job summary

POOLCORP in Naples, FL is seeking a Seasonal Yard Associate to assist with yard and warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, order prep, and inventory organization.

You will operate a forklift, handle shipments, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily tasks, with hours Monday–Friday and a focus on reliable teamwork and customer service. Candidates should be 18+, with warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Prior forklift experience.
• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain storage yards and related facilities.
• Pulls, fills and sets up orders for customer pickup.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Receives shipments and notifies warehouse of arrivals.
• Move inventory between yard and warehouse daily.
• Ensure security of doors and gates.
