Job summary

Poolcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Naples, FL to support order receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. Backup drivers will assist with safe, on-time deliveries and truck loading while complying with DOT regulations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and forklift experience; CDL disposal is a plus. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains certification, performs vehicle safety checks.
