POOLCORP in Naples, FL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive and pull orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will accurately prepare orders for delivery or pickup and help load trucks, while maintaining inventory records and coordinating with the team to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Distribution/warehousing experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Receives/pulls orders accurately and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; conducts inventory audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Keeps the facility clean, neat, and safe.
