Job summary

POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks a Seasonal Yard Associate at our Naples, FL location. You will load and unload materials, operate a forklift, stock the yard, and assist customers and drivers throughout the day.

Expect to meet the requirements: high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and good communication. This is an on-site role with weekday hours, and pre-employment drug testing and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior distribution/warehousing experience preferred.
• Must be able to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and pull/prepare orders for customer pickup.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification.
• Assist in loading customer vehicles and moving inventory.
• Receive shipments and coordinate with warehouse staff.
• Maintain yard organization and safety compliance.
