Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Palm Beach, FL to support receiving, pulling, packing and staging orders for delivery or pickup. You will handle shipments, inventory accuracy, and help loading trucks while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Typical duties include operating a forklift per certification, following procedures, and assisting teammates to meet daily deadlines. A high school diploma or GED and prior warehousing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience and certification.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing or general labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs inventory; conducts audits.
• Communicates with supervisors and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Keeps the facility clean, safe and efficient.
• Other duties as assigned.
