Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Women’s Tennis Coach (seasonal, part-time) reporting to the Head Women’s Tennis Coach. The role supports practices, match preparation, student-athlete instruction and development, recruiting, and conditioning.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work evenings and weekends and travel occasionally with the team, in compliance with NCAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of tennis instruction, training, competition, and student-athlete development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work with college-age student-athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and members of the Department of Athletics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends consistent with the team’s practice and competition schedule.
• Ability to travel occasionally with the team, as assigned and as scheduling permits.
• Ability to comply with NCAA Division III, conference, College, and Department of Athletics rules, policies, and procedures.
• Uses sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
