DJ's Landscape Management is seeking seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators to tackle snow removal during the winter season in Michigan. Earn $26–$30+ per hour with paid training and an incentive referral program.

This part-time, seasonal role requires on-call availability, reliable transportation, and comfort working in extreme weather. Candidates should be at least 18, have smartphone access, and be prepared for pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional commercial snow removal experience preferred.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• On-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning.
• Operate heavy equipment as assigned during winter operations.
