Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators in Kalamazoo, MI to clear snow and handle wintry challenges. Earn a base pay of $26+ per hour, with paid training and flexible scheduling for a part-time winter role.

You'll work on on-call shifts including nights, days, holidays and weekends, must pass a pre-employment drug test, and may move to full-time based on performance. Reliable transportation and ability to work in extreme weather are required.

Qualifications

• Professional Commercial snow removal experience preferred.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Access to a smartphone for communication and reporting hours.

Responsibilities

• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning.
