Qualifications

• Experience in commercial snow removal preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment safely to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Use clear communication to address on-the-job issues as they arise.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials accurately and promptly.
• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route-learning modules.
• Be available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed.
